Once you have been given access, via link, you won’t have to email before your next appointment. The link you are sent is a general link all clients at the studio receive and can be used each visit. ( Please keep an eye on your spam folder).
There are no walk-ins at 401 Broadway but you can book online same day. New clients are welcome. For new hair clients - you may be asked to send image of vision for hair prior to appointment. If I think you will be better served by another hair stylist I will be honest about that.
24 hour cancellation policy - If you cancel within the 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged in full for appointment
